We are the Götsch family, passionate hosts with a keen eye for beauty and a flair for creating genuine moments of true comfort. For more than three decades, the Eschenlohe has been not only our home but also a serene haven for our valued guests. When it comes to creating unforgettable holidays in Schenna, we are experts. The most beautiful hiking trails, the most interesting sights – we know them all. And we look forward to sharing our love for South Tyrol with you.
Peter
Peter is a third-generation hotel manager – hospitality runs through his veins. You might find him in shorts and a straw hat tending to the garden, in a suit recommending the perfect wine for your meal, or in sportswear on a hike. His expertise lies in wine and wine tastings; he also has a green thumb. Additionally, Peter attentively addresses every detail and concern that may arise in his boutique hotel.
Angelika
Angelika is the heart and soul of the Eschenlohe. She personally attends to every detail with love and knows the preferences of all our regular guests. You’ll find her everywhere – at the reception, assisting in service, or wherever a helping hand is needed.
The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree
Both our children, Johannes and Lisa Maria, have attended hotel management school and love interacting with guests. Lisa Maria works in the reception of the Boutique Hotel Eschenlohe and oversees all the Schenna Hotels’ marketing and social media activities. Johannes, together with his wife Petra, has fulfilled his dream: together, they run our partner hotel, the Alpin.
The smallest joys are the greatest
Lukas, Sara, Noah, and Alex, our grandchildren, are the pride and joy of the family. They, too, are often seen around the Eschenlohe.
